PHASE 4: HTML Site Shell
The final deliverable in Phase 4 is an HTML site shell that incorporates the interface and
design elements of the site within the proposed architecture layed out in the Functional Specification
document. Services include graphics production, HTML production, cgi- and javascript programming.
